THE KING TIDE

APRIL 16

SHOWTIME 2PM & 7PM

The concept of Canada is having a renaissance this year, as recently demonstrated on the Juno music awards last Sunday night. As our little part in the world of Canadian Film, we are joining the National Canadian Film Day on April 16th when we are showing THE KING TIDE.

We hope you’ll demonstrate your support by wearing patriotic attire, waving flags, holding up (shall we call them tasteful) signs. We will be sharing our pictures on social media and with the team from National Canadian Film Day. So, come and join us for the celebration.

Film Description

An isolated east coast island receives a wonderful gift that appears to answer so many needs. But the miraculous opportunity, received joyfully at first, begins to reshape and divide the tightly knit village. Prosperity, first received with such grace, becomes commonplace, then demanded and then hoarded. Miracles are delicate and dangerous things.
