This film is about resilience, exploring the bonds that can form across occupations, ages and class when the situation is dire. The Nazis are trying to obliterate London. Only a minority of the population can escape… mostly children. The rest try to survive while crises rage about them, especially for one mother. A film that illustrates the present by viewing the past.
