Film Description

KÖLN 75 is one of those stories that is so incredibly improbable that it has to be true.  A chance encounter at a concert for 17 year old Vera Brandes is the spark that changes her life, and the music world, forever. This teenager’s newfound career as a concert promoter culminates in a 1975 concert in Köln that becomes the best- selling piano concert recording of all time. But The Köln Concert, Keith Jarrett’s jazz masterpiece, came very close to never even taking place. Vera must channel all of her youthful energy and rebellious spirit to find a way to overcome the obstacles stacked against her. (Some subtitles)
