Film Description

When authorities try to close St. Suzanne’s convent, 3 nuns take     a road trip across New Zealand to find the ex-nun lawyer in possession of the proof that will allow them to stay. By enlisting the help of a grieving young Maori boy who is on a secret mission of his own, this unlikely group of friends must weather real and metaphorical storms in order to succeed in their quest across breathtaking Aotearoa. Academy Award nominees Judy Davis and Jacki Weaver join BAFTA nominee Miriam Margoyles in this trek.
