ALL STIRRED UP

An uncompromising Canadian Border Services officer has alienated the citizens at an obscure Quebec/US crossing. She confiscates “weapons” from an aspiring French chef. Missing his knives, the exasperated chef sees a chance to even the score. The border officer’s daughter has entered a national Petits Chefs competition. The farcical plot engages the entire, and highly opinionated, village.
