Film Description

A young girl has been raised by her grandmother in rural Quebec. She may not be wild but the animals she’s collected certainly are. Simone is unexpectedly uprooted to live with her uncle, a composer of serious music. Both of their entirely different worlds are upended. MISS BOOTS is a fresh take on a 1986 film written by Bernadette Renaud, BACH & BROCCOLI. Both explored this fraught situation with humour while this film adds music. (Subtitled)
